Poll result: Janjetovic vs Nizic
- Updated: September 29, 2018

We had a poll on our Facebook page yesterday and the results were stark. At the time of printing (you can still vote or see the results by clicking here) 91% of over 1100 respondents were calling for Vedran to be our custodian vs our Eastern rivals.
There were some good points in the comments including that Vedran has had no game time, is this down to injury as reported or has he been rested?
There are a fair few conspiracy theorists with relation to Vedran’s injury in and about the forums with some suggesting that this is an excuse to blood Nizic and to rest our number 1.
If Janjetovic is given the gloves, he will be stepping into the limelight against his old club without a competitive showing, unless of course, he plays vs Newcastle up at Maitland.
All eyes will turn to the Hunter with the match a crucial warm up before the semi-final showdown, it is to be hoped that we escape without injury and hopefully with a positive result against a very good Newcastle team.
If Vedran is to be our number one for the semi-final and indeed the start of the season, he will need to make an appearance soon.
